Hyderabad: Along with K Chandrasekhar Rao, the first Chief Minister of newly formed state of Telangana, 11 ministers were sworn in by Governor ESL Narasimhan on Monday. Following are the portfolios alloted to the ministers.
Md Mahmood Ali: Deputy Chief Minister, Revenue
T Rajaiah: Deputy Chief Minister, Health
Naini Narasimha Reddy: Home Minister
E Rajender: Finance
KT Rama Rao: Panchayat Raj, IT
T Harish Rao: Irrigation, Legislative Affairs
Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy: Agriculture
T Padma Rao Goud: Excise and Prohibition
P Mahender Reddy: Transport
Jogu Ramanna: Forest and Environment
G Jagadish Reddy: Education
K Chandrasekhar Rao retained the SC, ST, BC, Minorities Welfare, Municipal Administration, Urban Development, Energy, Coal, General Administration and all the un-alloted portfolios in the first state government of Telangana.
